Hi, I'm Laura. I am a photographer, an experienced neonatal/paediatric nurse, and a mum.

My style is earthy, raw, real and engaging.

I am a lover of nature, the ocean, moody skies and sunsets, cosy homes and the outdoors.

As a paediatric and neonatal nurse, who has travelled the world working in hospitals and humanitarian settings, one of the things I reflect on is that I wish I had taken more photos...

Artistic Eye


This rich life experience has given me a vast perspective and a keen eye, which reflects in my artwork. Being a nurse, I also cannot help but have comfort and safety front of mind in all that I do with you, your family, and your little ones.

As a Mum of 2 wild kids, I am in the thick of it. I can relate on a deep level to your journey. I would love to capture the beautiful chaos.


During the shoot, its important to keep little bodies moving, snacks, bubbles, favourite teddy's and parent/s to be close.


And of course, I am well versed in safely holding and caring for your newborn due to my professional background.

"I have been around the world a couple of times or maybe more...". I have always been active, adventurous, curious and a searcher. I have come full circle, on a wild journey, back to my authentic, creative self.
